Founder and Owner


RSG Consulting was born from both personal transformation and professional insight. During my journey through infertility, I realized I needed a career shift—one that aligned with my values, strengths, and passion for helping others. With a heart for service and a mind wired for systems and structure (hello, Enneagram 1w2!), I launched RSG Consulting to support behavioral health professionals in building sustainable, compliant, and efficient practices.


 I’ve always had a natural love for detail, organization, and compliance—and I genuinely believe that strong systems are the foundation of meaningful, lasting impact. Whether it’s refining processes, navigating regulations, or building workflows that actually work, I thrive on bringing order to complexity so my clients can focus on what they do best. 


I began my career as a special education teacher before moving into the world of managed care with a leading MCO in North Carolina. From there, I served as a program director for an agency providing Innovation Waiver services—work that hit close to home, as a parent of a child with autism. Seeking a clearer boundary between my personal and professional worlds, I transitioned into behavioral health business development, where I discovered my passion for creating strategic systems that help organizations grow with integrity.


At RSG Consulting, our mission is simple: empowering you to grow a practice and life you love. We bring clarity, structure, and heart to the business side of healing work—so you can focus on the meaningful work of helping others.


When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my husband and daughter, Peyton. I love being outdoors—walking, gardening, and making our home a beautiful, peaceful space. Our little family enjoys catching up with friends, trying new restaurants, and (for the adults) sharing a good bottle of wine.

 She brings a strong attention to detail and a love for problem solving to her work at RSG. She is also passionate about process improvement, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Gina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Minor in Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland.

After graduation, she began her career in the capital markets department of a mortgage lender as a Secondary Markets Analyst. In this role she analyzed loan data, streamlined operational processes, developed reporting capabilities, and implemented pricing tools.

Gina’s strong analytical skills and leadership abilities led to her promotion to Secondary Markets Team Lead, where she oversaw a team of analysts and managed all client capital market relationships.

With a passion for efficiency and client success, Gina now plays a key role in helping solo and group practice owners streamline their operations. She brings a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that practices run smoothly through optimized billing and administrative support.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

Erin Seymour is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition. Her career has been primarily focused on eating disorder treatment across all levels of care, along with extensive work in private practice.


She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from East Carolina University and

Erin Seymour is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition. Her career has been primarily focused on eating disorder treatment across all levels of care, along with extensive work in private practice.


She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from East Carolina University and completed her Dietetic Internship at North Carolina Central University, where she also received her Master’s degree.


At RSG Consulting, Erin provides outreach, marketing, credentialing, and administrative support. She works closely with clients to ensure their private practices have the tools and systems needed to succeed. Her background as a provider in private practice gives her a unique understanding of the challenges clinicians face—and the insight to support them effectively.


Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with her family and friends. She is passionate about using her expertise to make a meaningful impact and is proud to be part of a team that helps practice owners grow with intention.

Danielle attended Appalachian State University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, earning her MBA before launching a career in insurance claims. After several years in the field, she decided to follow her passion for creativity and transitioned into social media full time.

Since 2022, Danielle has managed a personal blog and multiple social media accounts, developing a strong voice and eye for digital storytelling. She now works as a virtual assistant with a focus on digital marketing, using her skills to help businesses grow their online presence with intention and impact.


Danielle lives in the Raleigh area with her husband, son, and their beloved Pomeranian princess.
